Origin and Struggle of DRS Gaming

DRS Gaming was started in March 2020 in Kathmandu, Nepal. It was founded by PUBG players Ashesh Rai and Rijan Khatri, with Victor Poudel later becoming the CEO. Kumar Ben also helped as a co-founder and advisor.
The team wanted to make esports a real career in Nepal. They built a bootcamp, gave salaries to players, and made a strong PUBG Mobile team. They also focused on content creation and growing their name.
In the beginning, things were hard. They had poor internet, less support, and many people didn’t believe gaming could be a career. But the team trained hard every day and stayed focused, which helped them grow fast.
