The Pokhara Avengers won a big game against the Karnali Yaks today by 34 runs. The main reason for the win was the amazing batting of Pokhara’s star player, Adam Rossington.
Rossington’s Huge Score
The Pokhara Avengers batted first. Their opener, Adam Rossington, was on fire.
- He scored a massive 108 runs all by himself.
- He hit 11 fours (balls that went for 4 runs) and 7 sixes (balls that flew over the fence for 6 runs).
- He made these runs very fast, taking only 58 balls.
This big score helped Pokhara reach a huge total of 201 runs in their 20 overs. His teammate, Jason Roy, also helped with a good score of 46 runs.
Karnali Tries Hard, But Falls Short
Chasing a score of 202 runs was always going to be very hard for the Karnali team.
